岗位职责1、 负责依据公司营销战略目标，分析海外市场环境, 规划海外市场布局，落实公司海外销售政策；2、编制海外办事处年度营销预算、营销计划、营销人员配置等, 完成年度经营目标；3、组建海外团队，对部门人员进行科学职责分配、培养、绩效管理等，不断提升公司人力资源优势；开发并管理代销、分销渠道；4、进行市场调研与分析，研究同行业发展状况，建立、拓展、调整市场营销网络并进行公司品牌形象的海外推广；5、负责公司业务资源的调配，领导和指挥团队不断开拓新市场、提升业绩、提高品牌海外市场占有率；6、负责组织参与重大项目的谈判、投标、展会等活动；7、海外办事处的其它所有事宜。任职条件1、本科以上学历，英语4级及以上，听说读写熟练，并能够快速到岗，市场、管理等相关专业优先；2、5年-10年同行业管理经验；3、具有敏锐的市场感知、把握市场动态和市场方向的能力，对本行业的发展和海外市场有深刻的理解，熟悉国际市场分析调研及海外市场推广，对现代营销手段和传统营销均有深刻认识，能够独立制订市场开发及推广实施计划，制定并实施市场营销策略及预算，指导市场调查，并根据市场调查报告做出方向性建议；4、具备优秀的创新与开拓能力，超强的客户开发能力和团队打造能力，丰富的渠道开发与管理经验，优秀的战略思考与分析判断能力，领导力、执行力和计划力强，管理经验丰富，善于沟通、协调，能够组建并打造一个优秀的团队进行高效市场拓展工作；5、英语口语良好，形象气质谈吐优秀，注重外交礼仪。
